Three ways to brand it
Hats aren’t like shirts — the front panel is small and curved, so how we put the logo on changes what the logo can be. Send us your art and we’ll tell you which of these suits it.
Most common
Stitched right into the panel. Holds up to grease, sweat, and washing better than anything else. Best on bold, simple logos — thin lines and small text get lost in thread.
Full color
Your logo printed in full color on a leatherette patch, then sewn to the front panel. Handles gradients, fine detail, and multi-color artwork that embroidery can’t reproduce.
Premium look
Laser-engraved into the patch so the mark shows through in the natural material tone. One color, but a textured, high-end finish that stands out on a shelf.

Embroidery for bold, simple logos. A printed patch when your art has fine detail, gradients, or a lot of colors. Send it over and we’ll tell you straight which one will look better.
Snapback adjusts, so one hat fits the whole crew and reorders are simple. Flexfit stretches and has no strap for a cleaner back — but you order it by size.
That’s the point of the profile. Same logo file and same colors as whatever we already print on your tees and sweats.
