Everybody gets one that fits
A polo is fitted in a way a tee isn’t, so handing a woman a men’s medium doesn’t work the way it does with shirts. Most of our styles come in more than one cut, in the same colors — so the counter still matches.
Standard
Every style on this page. Size runs go to 4XL on most, and the Port Authority Core Classic goes to 6XL.
Contoured cut
Tapered waist, curved hem, and a collar sized for a smaller frame. Same colors as the men’s version so your front counter matches.
Extra length
Extra body length and adjusted sleeve proportions, so it stays tucked and the shoulder seam lands where it should.

Polos are almost always embroidered — thread reads sharper on pique and holds up to industrial wash. We can print instead when your art has more colors or finer detail than stitching handles well.
Left chest is standard. Name on the right chest and a flag on the sleeve are the usual add-ons. We lay it all out on the mockup first.

The Port Authority Core Classic runs XS–6XL. Most others go to 4XL, and three styles come in tall. Ask about anything you don’t see.
